We at YouthFacts.org are constantly scanning the youth studies field for new scholarship, other writing, and authors who engage issues, research, and practice grounded in actual data about young people in our culture.

Because the notion of “youth” is inherently interdisciplinary the books and authors collected in our bibliography, as well as those exhibited in our banner/logo, come from historians, journalists, sociologists, urban and regional planners, social services, justice studies, anthropology, architecture & design, and even library science.

We are open to recommendations from all writing traditions and disciplines – so long as analysis is rooted in evidence and not mired in interest-driven discourses.
